Skill Mahotsav & JSWE Curriculum
ZEP launched the Skill Mahotsav movement to awaken the inner potential of rural youth and women through practical, job-linked education. This campaign focused on building confidence, guiding participants toward careers aligned with their natural talents, and offering them visibility across sectors.
Through the Skill Yatra, outreach teams traveled village to village, engaging youth, organizing local rallies, and connecting families to career pathways in wellness, beauty, hospitality, and healthcare.

Skill Vikas Yatra Van
In one of the most ambitious skilling outreach programs, ZEP created the Skill Vikas Yatra Van—a mobile classroom and career guidance vehicle inaugurated by Hon. Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis. Over the course of the journey:
Key elements included:
- The van covered 30 districts, 200 talukas, and over 5,000 villages across Maharashtra
- Reached 2 crore citizens directly with wellness career awareness
- Distributed 10,000 copies of the “Skill Pustika”—a national skilling handbook

JSWE Curriculum & Wellness Education
Under the JSWE (Jeevan Samrudhi Wellness Education) model, ZEP launched skill-based wellness schools in Nandurbar, Amalner, and Juhu, Mumbai. Designed by Dr. Rekha Chaudhari, the curriculum offered:
- Global standard training in spa, salon, aromatherapy, wellness nutrition, and groomin
- Strong industry collaborations with top hotels and beauty brands
- A complete blend of vocational skills, ethics, and customer service excellence

ZEP aligned its programs with government-backed skilling missions like the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) and worked in tandem with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
From certificate distribution to consultancy and job placements, ZEP Foundation created an end-to-end ecosystem—transforming skilling into a vehicle for self-worth, employment, and generational change
