On this Independence Day, ZEP Foundation with its World Digital Detox Day mission organized a Freedom from Screen Campaign, encouraging students and educators to embrace creativity, tradition, and wellness beyond digital devices.
1. Colors of Freedom – RCSC Kolhapur Students
At RCSC Kolhapur, students beautifully expressed their idea of freedom from screens through art, colors, and creativity. Their work reflected the joy of imagination when nurtured beyond digital limits.

2. Rangoli as Digital Fasting
In a unique celebration, students created rangolis as a symbolic act of digital fasting. This cultural expression highlighted how traditional practices can serve as powerful alternatives to screen time while fostering mindfulness and unity.

3. Gardening as a Path to Wellness
A college professor joined the campaign and introduced gardening as another way of digital fasting. Students actively participated, discovering how nurturing plants can be both grounding and inspiring as a way to reconnect with nature and self.
