A highly respected wellness visionary, strategic advisor, keynote speaker, and thought leader, Sharon Kolkka has spent decades shaping transformative wellbeing experiences and contributing to two of Australia’s most renowned wellness organizations — Golden Door Health Retreat and  Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat.

Recognized for her evidence-based approach to wellbeing, Sharon combines expertise in exercise science, biochemistry, neuroscience, and human performance to help individuals, organizations, and communities achieve sustainable health and wellbeing outcomes. Her work is widely respected for translating complex wellness concepts into practical and meaningful strategies that empower people to thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically in today’s increasingly connected world.
